2. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway will be conducted during the Event at the following times (collectively, the “Giveaway Period”):

A. February 17, 2026 starting at 9:00AM PST and ending at 6:00PM PST

B. February 18, 2026 starting at 9:00AM PST and ending at 6:00PM PST

C. February 19, 2026 starting at 9:00AM PST and ending at 4:00PM PST

3. Entry. Entry Method One: Entrants must be a registered attendee of the Event and holding a badge with access to each of the following four pavilion entrances at the Event—MAGIC, PROJECT, SOURCING, and OFFPRICE (collectively, the “Pavilions”) to participate. Each entrant must successfully scan their event badges at each of the four Pavilion to receive one (1) entry to enter the Giveaway. Once all four Pavilion scans are completed, the entrant is automatically entered into the Giveaway with no further actions needed. Each entrant is limited to receiving up to one (1) entry upon full completion of the four-pavilion scan. Note that entrants with SOURCING-only access badges will not be eligible to participate in this Giveaway through this Entry Method One. Entry Method Two: during the Giveaway Period, email cs@fashionbyinforma.com with the subject line “2026 FASHION by Informa Las Vegas Marketplace On-site Hall Crawl Giveaway” including your first and last name, company name, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the entire Giveaway Period. Multiple entries will be void. Only individual participants are eligible to enter; participants cannot work in teams. Entries which subvert the entry process are void. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by FASHION by Informa. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. All entries become the property of FASHION by Informa and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

4. Drawing: On or about February 26, 2026, three (3) winners will be selected in 1 random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the end of the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on or around February 26, 2026. The winners must respond to the prize notification within four (4) days to claim their prize (“Deadline”). If a winner does not claim their prize by the Deadline in the matter described herein, or does not return any required documents within the time period stated, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at FASHION by Informa’s discretion, and alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release (except where legally prohibited), provide valid identification, and complete any relevant tax forms no later than seven (7) days of issuance or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize.

5. Prize. Each winner shall receive one (1) prize consisting of two (2) nights of complementary hotel stays at Resorts World Las Vegas on August 10-11, 2026, approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $368.81USD. The ARV of all the prizes awarded in connection with this Giveaway is $1,106.43USD. Each winner will receive one prize only, which will be assigned at the sole and unchallengeable discretion of FASHION by Informa. More details regarding the prizes will be emailed to the winner. Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes on their prize. Prize is subject to availability. Prize is not transferable. No cash redemptions or substitutions except as provided for herein. In case of unavailability of the advertised prizes, FASHION by Informa reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners must comply with all prize component rules and regulations. 

6. By entering, each entrant, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for FASHION by Informa and its designees to use their name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. The Giveaway and all related published ads, promotional materials, online and printed entry forms are the property of FASHION by Informa. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability. All entrants agree to hold harmless and release FASHION by Informa and its agents, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, contractors, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Giveaway (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all existing or future, actual or alleged, claims, actions, losses, injuries, damages, and liabilities with respect to or in any way arising from this Giveaway; (i) from participating in any Giveaway related activity, including attending the Event, or (ii) awarding, delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any kind. Released Parties are not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of any websites. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or websites or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by FASHION by Informa, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. FASHION by Informa reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway should any portion of the Giveaway be, in FASHION by Informa’s sole opinion, compromised by causes which, in the sole opinion of FASHION by Informa, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, FASHION by Informa may, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by FASHION by Informa.

8. By entering, entrants agree that any personal information provided may be held and used by FASHION by Informa or its agents and suppliers to administer this Giveaway in accordance with Informa’s Privacy Policy. Informa, the owner of FASHION by Informa, may send tailored information, including industry insights, exclusive networking opportunities, and access to offers for Informa’s events and products, and those of Informa’s selected partners. Entrants may opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or contacting Informa. This Giveaway is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that an entrant is using the Giveaway for gambling purposes, they will be disqualified from participating and reported to authorities.
